RETURNS + EXCHANGES
What items are returnable?
Items within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Items that are unused and resealable condition.
Items must be in their original packaging with all the tags intact.
How do I return?
• Visit our returns center by clicking here
• You will visit the account login page and enter your email or order number to access your account
• Once you see the order, click and follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
• Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation with shipping guidelines and return instructions in our returns center portal
Exchanges:
You are eligible to exchange within seven days of delivery. Once we receive your returned item, a gift card will be issued so you can place a new order for the item. To start a return, you can contact us at support@remiandraeco.com
If your exchange is accepted, we'll email instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for shipping charges for their return/exchange.
Damage
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
Remi and Rae Co. offer a store credit-only refund through a store gift card.

Pre-Order Products
Any pre-order items are not eligible for cancellation or returns.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns/exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
