I placed a pre order for the shockwave hybrid shorts for my sons 3rd birthday party themed "young wild and three", smiley faces and lighten bolts were the main décor so these were perfect! I realized i hadnt gotten a shipping confirmation and reached out to customer service. She shared that they were on back order but she went into the warehouse and found the last piece of inventory they had and sent it to us so he would have them for his party! Cant speak higher about the overall customer service experience and the response time while emailing back and forth! Not to mention the shorts are UNBELIEVABLE quality and sooooo cute!
