ORDERS

Our turnaround time is 3-7 business days. If our typical turnaround time ever changes, we provide an updated turnaround time on our site banner.

All discount codes must be redeemed/entered at the time of purchase. We do not refund the difference. Please make sure to enter the code when you check out.

Yes. If you select gift wrapping on your product, we will send a Remi + Rae Co. gift bag with your order.

Due to the high volume of orders, we cannot cancel orders after they are processed.

Yes. We offer worldwide shipping. We are not responsible for any customs duty fees.

Yes, we offer free domestic shipping for orders of $125+ and free Canada shipping for orders of $185+

We offer priority shipping at checkout. Please note that priority shipping only expedites your shipping; it does not expedite order processing times. Please contact us if you have other questions about expediting your order.

We are not liable for untraceable or lost return shipments. To protect your return, we recommend using a delivery service with tracking.
Orders are typically shipped Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Domestic orders are sent via USPS Ground Advantage and, depending on the efficiency of your local postal service, can arrive in 2 to 10 business days.

International orders are sent via USPS Ground Advantage and can take 12 to 14 days to arrive, depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. Please be advised that if the package is held at customs, it may take longer.

All our orders are shipped USPS Ground Advantage Mail with tracking. If you have not received your order in the time stated above, your order is not showing tracking, or you have moved, please feel free to contact USPS by phone at1(800) 275-8777or online atUSPS. You must provide them with your tracking number and the date it was shipped.

Remi + Rae Co. is not responsible for carrier delays or lost, stolen, or misdirected shipments by the carrier. However, we will assist you in any way we can to resolve the issue. International customers are responsible for all customs fees. When placing an order for multiple items, one item is a pre-order; your entire order will ship once the pre-ordered item is ship-ready. We are not able to combine shipping orders for any orders at any time.

We offer REDO at checkout to protect your order. If you choose this option and your order has an issue, we can offer a refund through REDO.
